Setup a New HotSpotzz Connection

Click on the apple in the top-left corner of your screen.

Select System Preferences from the menu.

The System Preferences screen appears.

Under the section Internet & Network, select Network to see the screen below.

The following window opens.  Click the Location drop-down menu.  Here you can create other locations.  By creating other "locations", you allow yourself to create other connections.  This is useful if you use HotSpotzz wireless at the coffee shop, HotSpotzz dial-up at home, and a regular Ethernet LAN connection at work.  You can have 3 different locations for 3 different types of connections.

After picking New Location, you are prompted to name your location as shown in the screen below.

The new location presents four blank tabs.  We'll focus on the TCP/IP tab and the AirPort tab.

First, though, disable all the other types of connections of this location, as described below.

Disable Modem and Ethernet:

Click on Show and change to Network Port Configurations.

Uncheck the unnecessary devices such as the Built-in Ethernet and Internal Modem.

When you're finished, hange Show back to AirPort.  The following settings should be at the top of the Network Configuration:
Location should be set to HotSpotzz Wireless (or whatever you named it).
Show should be set to AirPort.

Edit an Existing HotSpotzz Connection

Click on the apple in the top-left corner of your screen.

Select System Preferences from the menu.

The System Preferences screen appears.

Under the section Internet & Network, select Network to see the screen below.

TCP/IP tab:

The following settings should be at the top of the Network Configuration:
Location should be set to HotSpotzz Wireless (or whatever you named it).
Show should be set to AirPort.  See above for help with this.

Configure   =  If it's not selected, select Using DHCP from the drop-down menu.

DNS Servers =  209.210.176.8 and 209.210.176.9.

Search Domains   =  Can be left blank.

There may not be any IP address, subnet, or router address; this is okay for now.

AirPort tab:

Click on the AirPort tab and set it to Join a specific network. The AirPort card should have already found HotSpotzz and it will therefore already be in the list. If not, it can be manually added.
